Unser Colombian Micro-lot Sudan rum Espresso besticht durch eine besondere Co-Fermentation, die eine große Aromenvielfalt intensiv zur Geltung bringt.

So wird der Rohkaffee beschrieben:

Flavor with notes of eucalyptus, intense botanicals, red fruits, strawberry; persistent residual, balanced, eucalyptus .

Acidity: medium-low, subtle citrus medium

Body: silky, medium-low, round

Als Espresso dann noch eine spannende Kombination, ich finde die fruchtige und gleichzeitige angenehme frische Note unglaublich interessant. Das verdirbt mich schon fast für "normalen" Espresso!
