Kamuchege - Kenya, Friedhats | 250g

The Komothai Farmers’ Cooperative Society operates 13 wet mills (factories) across Kiambu and Lari, processing the coffee grown by its eleven thousand members across these sites. Kamuchege is the newest of these facilities and boasts a unique water system, fed by a natural lagoon formed by the Gatugu stream. They believe the combination of high altitude growing and this uncommon water source for their processing delivers a singularly complex and lively coffee. We’re inclined to agree– after all, they do say “there must be something in the water.”
