Cleaning & descaling guide

*Using hard water will cause blockage of the milk steamer. It is recommended to use filtered / softened water, coupled with regular cleaning and descaling to ensure machine performance. Warranty does not cover damage or malfunction caused by limescale build-up. 

Recommended descaling frequency: 

• Over 50 cups/day → descale every 3–4 days
• 30–50 cups/day → descale every 2 weeks
• Under 30 cups/day → descale once a month
